This method of breathwork can induce psychedelic states, deep somatic release, and profound insight.

This is a practice of letting go. It is not uncommon to cry, laugh, or shake.

Practitioners may experience visions, intense or euphoric bodily sensations, a flood of emotions... and striking clarity.​

Each experience is unique. Sometimes frustration or anger is the teacher.

This breathwork includes 15-30 minutes of high-intensity breathing & includes breath retentions. For your 90 minute session, the entire practice will be 60 minutes, with an additional 30 minutes for preparation and integration.

I will always meet you where you are. It is not always easy, but it has the capacity to reset your entire being in a positive and drastic way.​​
